CONTRACT and DEPOSIT: A contract with Gîtes de France the conditions are sent by email to confirm your reservation, we ask you to sign and return it to us in 6 days with a deposit representing 25% of total stay with a minimum of one night, the balance must be paid upon your arrival. To foreign countries we ask to pay the deposit by bank transfer upon signing the contract (a GDI will be attached to the contract). For a last minute booking we always ask a credit card paiement , VISA or Eurocard  (we ask an additional 5% of transaction amount for participation in our bank charges). The reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of contract Cottage France duly signed and deposit payment

Cancellations: If cancellation of reservation after signing the contract and whatever the reason, the deposit will be systematically kept. We also reserve the right to seek resolution of the entire stay if canceled last minute. Any shortened stay will be due in its entirety.

The bank transfers from abroad: We pay your attention that any transaction costs across countries and banks are fully in your care, please specify to your bank at your request, the Clos des Raisins not assume responsibility Your Shopping same shared costs. Otherwise we will be forced to re-charge you this fee to your arrival.

The means of payment: Cash in Euros, French bank check, Traveler's Checks, bank transfer. Credit Cards are not accepted.
